物件案内の際、「事故物件ではないか」と不動産会社に確認しましたが、「そのような事実は一切ない」と説明を受けました。築年数は古い物件でしたが、浴室のみが不自然にフルリノベーションされていた点が気になっていました。 入居後、近隣住民からの話で、過去に若い方が浴室で自殺した事故物件であることを知りました。その後、不動産会社に再度確認したところ事実であることが判明し、結果として数十万円の慰謝料を受け取り、退去しました。 約2年間居住しましたが、心霊現象などは特になく、物件自体は風通しや日当たりも良好で、生活環境としては快適でした。 なお、当該物件の所有者は当該不動産会社であり、事実を認識しながら説明しなかった可能性が高く、対応としては悪質であったと考えています。
